Refund Policy

The company is fully responsible for delivering the product as per customer’s requirement stated in the order that also within the allotted time. According to our refund policy, the customer has the full right to claim for a full or a partial reimbursement if any of the company’s commitment is violated.

The policy of the company allows our customers to request for the reimbursement if we fail to complete the work assigned by you. As our services provide legalized assistance, we try our best to give 100% satisfaction to our customers. More than 95% of our customers come back with consequential orders which implies higher satisfaction rate of our company. However, if anything does not go well, you can always rely on our refund policy. We want to emphasize the fact that there are only certain cases where we provide full refund. These are:

No Delivery/ Partial Delivery/ Cancellation By Customer

No writer assigned yet : This is the one of the rare situations that happens, but if such a situation arises, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, you should not worry about the amount paid as we give a 100% refund to the customer.

The writer was confirmed, but the order was cancelled by you: In this situation, considering the effort of the company and the writer assigned by us to complete your work requirement on time, the refund amount varies between 100% to 75%.

The writer was assigned by the company but in between the given deadline the customer decided to cancel the order due to some reason: In such case, refund amount will vary in between 50% to 0% to compensate writer’s as well as company’s efforts to complete your order before the deadline.

Late Delivery: Such situations arise only in emergencies such as when the writer assigned by the company gets sick or due to some other critical situation is unable to complete the work on time. In this case, the company will discuss the refund amount with the customer based on the reason behind the delay before proceeding with the refund process.

We guarantee on-time delivery of all the orders placed by our customers. Sometimes it may take some time to complete our order on time because the requirements updated by the customer is late itself. No refund is guaranteed in such a scenario. So, it is ideal that all materials as well as additional sources essential to be included in the work to be sent while placing the order to the company.

Work Not As Per Customer’s Requirement

Disputed claims: If the work provided by our company does not fulfil the specific requirements given by the customer while placing the order thus leaving you unsatisfied, demand of you for the refund instead of revision of the work will be considered by the company. We will try our best to rectify the issues in concern to satisfy our customer. In case the company is unable to satisfy its customer again, the administration will conduct an investigation that will decide whether the refund amount of the customer will be approved or denied. Customer’s satisfaction is the topmost priority of our company. Therefore, we try our best to fulfil all the criteria of our customer to completely satisfy them with the quality of our work delivered.

Plagiarized content: If in any case the customer finds the delivered work of the writer plagiarized, then the customer has to send a complete and genuine Turnitin report. Other than this, no report will be considered for the claim of refund amount by the customer.

Duplicate Order/Transaction

Duplicate Order placed Accidentally by Customer: If the customer has re-order the same order or any other order that is not required by mistake, you just need to contact us as soon as possible and clarify with us the reason behind this duplicate order placed. If the company found that duplicate order placed was unintentional, we will issue a 100% refund of the order.

Accidental Duplicate Transaction: If the customer makes the payment of an already paid order by mistake then one has not to worry about the money, the same will get a refund of the full amount. 

No Refund Policy is Applicable in case of:

A low quality/grade work delivered according to the customer’s expectation: Please be very sure before submitting the paper to your institution as we provide you the paper as a draft sample only or just as a point of reference which should be carefully read by you before submission. As mentioned earlier, we do not guarantee grades to the students.

Editing, proofreading, formatting order: We request you to understand that the order given by you for our mentioned services consists of original content related to the paper written by you, thus may contain contextual errors.

Note: In the case of a deadline 

Note: in the case of a revision deadline, the previously mentioned delay refunds and the recalculation of the price do not apply as the end dates are different.

Refund Processing

Once you receive the refund confirmation, the company will process it within seven business days from the confirmation date. Please note, that the company cannot be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues.
